Our recent experience with “special purpose” properties includes bed and breakfasts like the one shown above in Greer. Others include Phoenix Greyhound Park, full-service car washes, service stations with convenience stores, mini-storage properties, mobile home and RV parks, and several types of conversions from one use to another.
