Dwight’s career includes stints in commercial real estate lending from the late 1960s through early 1980s. He underwrote loans for a savings and loan association before joining two mortgage companies and ultimately forming his own company. His attention turned to appraising on a full-time basis in the ‘80s. He founded Davis Valuation Group in 1995. | |
